Booking an appointment and the gift voucher

The “Job sheet” form and the gift voucher selection send nothing to our server and store nothing. What you fill in (car, services, date, name, note; for a voucher its value, who it is for and from, name, phone or e-mail and note) is put together into the text of a message right in your browser. With e-mail, the text is handed to your e-mail program. With WhatsApp, the text is part of a wa.me link, so it is handed to WhatsApp as soon as the prepared message opens, before you send it. Whether you send the message is up to you.

When you send a message, we receive it via WhatsApp or e-mail together with your phone number or e-mail address. We use them only to reply to you, agree a date and carry out the service you ordered (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as they are needed to handle the order; documents for paid services are kept for as long as accounting and tax regulations require (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not sell your data to anyone and do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) and our e-mail runs on Gmail from Google Ireland Limited. Their own privacy rules also apply when you use them. These companies may also process data outside the EU, for example in the USA; in doing so they use, according to their policies, the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Map

Next to the address there is a map image that is stored directly on our website (base map © OpenStreetMap contributors). Displaying it does not connect to anything else.

The interactive Google map is loaded only when you click the “Show map” button. Only then does your browser connect to the servers of Google Ireland Limited, which thereby obtains in particular your IP address and may use its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. The “Open in Google Maps” link opens Google Maps in a new window. So we load the map only with your consent, which you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You withdraw consent by reloading the page: the map will then not load until you click again.

Our Instagram reels

In the “Our reels” section we show our reels. Nothing loads until you scroll to it. When you get close to it, your browser downloads the list of reels from the Behold service (behold.so) and the previews and videos directly from Instagram's servers (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). These services thereby obtain in particular your IP address and browser data. If the list is not available, videos stored directly on our website are shown.

So that the list is not downloaded again at every step, your browser remembers it for 30 minutes in session storage (it is deleted when you close the window). It is not a cookie and contains nothing about you.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Zľavomat

We only link to these sites on the website. Nothing is loaded from them until you click a link; after that the rules of the respective service apply.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

The hosting provider on which the website runs may, for security and operational reasons, briefly keep technical logs of visits (IP address, time, page opened) on the basis of a legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, to object to processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent (for the Google map) at any time. Just write to revivedetailing.dt@gmail.com or call.

If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
